Adult Services - Progressive Directions, Inc.

Day Habilitation Programs

PDI operates day facilities in both Dover and Clarksville. Individuals outcome measures are the criteria used to develop their individualized program for services. The Adult Day Habilitation Programs provide services to adults age 22 and older with a diagnosis of mental retardation. Services include assessments, developmental and vocational training, behavior management, transportation, follow-along, community service employment contracts and federal contracts at Ft. Campbell.

Residential Programs

PDI also provides residential support services throughout Montgomery and Stewart Counties. While our primary staffing model is a 24 Hour Shift Staff pattern, we have homes that are staffed with Live-In Companions as well as Family Based model homes. The staffing pattern is determined by the individual’s specific needs and the considerations of the Circle of Support (those closest to the individual served make up the Circle of Support).
